This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation initiatives to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline, and revenue.
• Design and execute strategic marketing plans that align with growth objectives across the Industry Solutions division and its three business units.
• Establish and oversee lead nurturing programs that expedite prospect advancement through the buyer journey.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to convert go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and buyer personas into impactful campaigns.
• Conduct integrated marketing initiatives across various platforms including email, paid media, webinars, events, website, third-party media, and social media.
• Organize campaign assets, messaging, and activation plans in coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Work alongside external agencies to implement paid media, trade media, digital advertising, and lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with the Events team to assist in the global planning of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events.
• Manage MQL processes and lead management within the Industry Solutions division.
• Develop and oversee Salesforce campaigns, ensuring precise campaign attribution and reporting.
• Utilize Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to create and manage email campaigns, engagement studio nurture programs, automated lead workflows, and segmentation.
• Monitor, analyze, and track key metrics such as MQL generation, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Establish testing frameworks for ongoing optimization of messaging, channels, and audience targeting.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing within a B2B context.
• Proficiency in both French and English, with French being either a native language or at full professional proficiency, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable pipeline growth and lead generation outcomes.
• Practical experience with Salesforce campaign management and reporting.
• Strong background in using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including Engagement Studio and automation workflows.
• Experience in managing external marketing agencies and paid media initiatives.
• Analytical skills with a background in interpreting campaign and funnel performance data.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
• Desirable experience in marketing SaaS, technology, regulatory, data, or digital solutions.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or product portfolios.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and AI-enabled marketing tools and technologies.

• Occasional travel may be necessary to facilitate business meetings, tradeshows, customer events, and team collaboration activities.
