This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the demand-generation strategy for Carewell's brand, private label, and Care Services.
• Recognize opportunities for awareness and demand, and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Maintain a prioritized, ongoing testing roadmap based on testable hypotheses.
• Discover and evaluate new awareness channels, primarily utilizing paid social.
• Align demand generation efforts with the paid search agency's demand capture initiatives.
• Manage the strategy, execution, and daily operations of paid social campaigns across Meta and other awareness platforms.
• Construct campaign frameworks for private label, co-op brand, and national brand categories.
• Experiment with creative elements, target audiences, messaging, and placements; convert findings into new hypotheses.
• Oversee budget pacing and expenditure to stay within agreed-upon targets.
• Collaborate with analytics on designing measurement approaches and analyzing business outcomes.
• Lead the creative vision from insights and concepts through to production.
• Draft creative briefs and produce or edit creative content as necessary.
• Create unique and authentic messaging tailored for Carewell's audience.
• Develop a repository of creative insights and learnings.
• Partner with content, e-commerce, Care Services, analytics, and the paid search agency.
• Assist in creating landing experiences, promotions, and enrollment processes that effectively convert generated demand.
• Keep track of platform changes, creative trends, and emerging channels.
• Drive key performance indicators such as brand awareness, branded search, direct traffic, customer acquisition, private-label demand, lead/enrollment volume, qualified lead conversion, and contribution to demand generation.
• 4–6 years of experience in growth, paid social, or demand-generation marketing, preferably within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sectors.
• Previous experience with a health, medical supply, or caregiving-related brand is a significant advantage.
• Creative-first and hypothesis-driven operational methodology.
• Hands-on expertise in paid social, particularly with Meta; knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, display, or other platforms is a plus.
• Experience in audience strategy, creative testing, and budget management.
• Strong creative sensibility and the ability to direct and produce or edit creative work as required.
• Familiarity with concepts like ROAS, CPA, LTV, and incrementality measurement.
• Proven ability to design and conduct structured tests and leverage results for decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid social or awareness budgets with observable business impact.
• Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive approach, and strong initiative.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating hypotheses, results, and recommendations.
• Experience with brand awareness initiatives for multi-brand or private-label portfolios is advantageous.
• Familiarity with lead-generation or service-oriented marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or Figma is beneficial.
• Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Experience in testing emerging channels is a plus.
