• Lead comprehensive growth initiatives throughout the entire customer journey

• Over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or full-stack marketing positions

• Demonstrated success collaborating with Product teams

• Strong capability to craft innovative strategies across various marketing channels

• Proven track record in managing and scaling campaigns from inception to optimization

• Proficient in HubSpot and familiar with other marketing technology tools

• Extensive knowledge of data governance, segmentation, and campaign analysis

• Proven ability to spearhead initiatives and juggle multiple projects concurrently

• Open, inquisitive, and confident in facilitating discussions
