This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with Leaves' business goals, pipeline targets, and revenue objectives.
• Generate demand through digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), webinars, events, content marketing, nurturing programs, partner initiatives, and other growth-oriented methods.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify target demographics, prioritize prospects, and synchronize marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and refine buyer-focused campaigns throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
• Work in partnership with product marketing, content, digital, events, and other cross-functional marketing teams.
• Assist in coordinated outreach and account engagement initiatives alongside sales and business development teams.
• Evaluate, monitor, and analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance using data, analytics, and AI-driven tools.
• Discover optimization opportunities to enhance effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
• Report on marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations to marketing and sales stakeholders.
• Oversee program implementation and marketing expenditures in alignment with budgetary goals.
• Uphold Alight's brand standards, marketing best practices, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, growth marketing, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that produce measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Strong comprehension of demand generation, account-based marketing, buyer journeys, lead lifecycle management, and funnel optimization.
• Proven capacity to build trustworthy partnerships with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in analyzing campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to utilize AI-enhanced tools and technologies for marketing planning, content creation, campaign execution, analytics, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, content marketing, direct mail, and paid media.
• Capability to translate business priorities into effective marketing strategies and execution plans.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Preferred: experience in HR technology, employee benefits, leave administration, HCM, payroll, or related sectors.
• Preferred: experience in marketing to HR, benefits, or employee experience decision-makers.
• Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, ABM technologies, and campaign performance reporting tools.
• Successful completion of a background check, as applicable to the position.
• Must possess work authorization in the Employing Country without present or future visa sponsorship.
