• User Acquisition: Take full responsibility for the top of the funnel, including managing traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first-trade conversions.
• Channel Discovery: Discover, test, and expand untapped acquisition channels such as SEO, lifecycle/email marketing, paid social, and regional channels in LATAM, SEA, and MENA.
• Influencer & Creator Strategy: Develop and oversee a trader-centric creator program, managing sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and performance evaluation across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• SEO & Content Motion: Create an SEO framework from the ground up, which includes keyword strategy, programmatic pages, educational hubs, and link-building initiatives.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Manage the entire user journey—from waitlist through to first deposit and long-term retention—using segmentation, triggers, and win-back strategies.
• Paid Performance: Execute paid acquisition strategies where regulations allow (programmatic, search, native) and maintain a disciplined "fail fast" methodology for underperforming campaigns.
• Analytics & Experimentation: Establish key metrics and develop dashboards to track CAC by channel, funded conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably within the crypto, consumer fintech, or retail trading sectors.
• Operational Mindset: Demonstrated success as a "zero-to-one" operator who has established growth functions from inception and positively impacted core business metrics.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and various attribution platforms.
• Communication: Outstanding writing abilities for ad copy, landing pages, creator briefs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Industry Knowledge: Must be crypto-savvy or an engaged trader with a profound interest in the onchain trading environment and perpetual DEXs.
• High Agency: A proactive individual who identifies opportunities and independently executes experiments without needing extensive supervision.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience in regulated or semi-regulated sectors (e.g., iGaming, CFDs, or Crypto) where paid channels encounter limitations.
• Understanding of Affiliate or Introducing Broker (IB) programs.
• Experience with "neodistribution" strategies, such as content clipping or large-scale creator initiatives.
• Background with a prominent brokerage or retail trading platform (e.g., eToro, Robinhood, Revolut, or similar).
