This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, implement, and develop AI-driven workflows that enhance the efficiency of the Growth team, including the management of a custom prompt library to ensure consistent high-quality outcomes across various initiatives.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for AI and automation projects, including time savings, conversion improvements, and enhancements in customer experience, while reporting findings to the Growth team.
• Educate cross-functional team members on AI best practices and incorporate automation into daily marketing operations to create repeatable and scalable processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for creative agencies, delivering clear guidance and feedback to generate consumer and provider materials that align with InStride’s branding and campaign objectives.
• Manage and optimize Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation, executing campaigns targeting both consumer and provider segments while identifying avenues for performance and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee timelines for multi-channel initiatives, coordinating efforts among consumer and provider teams to ensure campaigns remain on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain a centralized marketing asset library, ensuring all creative resources are organized, up-to-date, and readily accessible to cross-functional partners.
• Handle third-party promotional partnerships and directory listings at both state and national levels, while facilitating the acquisition of patient and provider testimonials in written and video formats.
• Lead internal marketing communications, including bi-weekly companywide announcements and coordination of cross-functional meetings.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Growth team.
• Organize and execute quarterly Growth team offsites and internal events to foster strategic alignment and enhance team culture.
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing coordination, growth marketing, or marketing operations, ideally within a fast-paced digital or healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in constructing and configuring AI-driven workflows, with a history of transforming manual processes into scalable, repeatable automations that boost team efficiency and lower operational costs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling competing priorities among various internal stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn and ask questions to enhance outcomes.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Proven proficiency in Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation; familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and lead generation platforms like ZoomInfo is advantageous.
• Experience managing external vendors or creative agencies, including the capacity to provide constructive creative feedback.
• Proficient in using Office and Google Products, Canva, and Adobe to create presentations and marketing materials, with a specific emphasis on how these tools can be enhanced by AI to produce high-quality outputs at scale.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent knowledge or practical experience in marketing, technology, or business operations.
