Growth Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and stakeholders.

• Create and implement strategies to enhance Sei's visibility and increase the number of public advocates in targeted markets.

• Develop and share engaging narratives and content that resonate with Sei's core message.

• Keep track of emerging industry trends, narratives, and competitor actions to uncover new opportunities for ecosystem expansion.

• Create and provide programs, resources, and content that enable community members to produce and share their own content.

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and community development, particularly in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of the blockchain landscape, including key stakeholders, trends, and market opportunities.

• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to formulate and implement effective growth strategies in a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a proven record of establishing strong connections with partners, developers, and industry influencers.

• Highly creative and innovative, with a history of success in crafting impactful marketing campaigns that appeal to various audiences.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical and strategic concepts while promoting community engagement.
