• You will design and manage the systems that facilitate advisor recruitment, lifecycle automation, and revenue attribution.
• By leveraging large language models (LLMs), automation, APIs, and data pipelines, you will transform manual marketing efforts into scalable infrastructure.
• Focus on the growth of Advisor Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Accepted Leads (SAL), while maintaining or enhancing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and lead quality.
• Achieve a significant increase in experimentation speed across creative assets, landing pages, and lifecycle stages.
• Implement closed-loop attribution from marketing sources to finalized revenue.
• Unlock incremental pipeline growth without increasing Sales Development Representative (SDR) staffing.
• Generate AI-native content and campaigns for ads, emails, landing pages, and nurturing, complete with an evaluation layer for brand voice, conversion intent, and SEC/FINRA compliance before any material is released.
• Develop persona segmentation and enrichment pipelines that map inbound leads in real-time, personalizing outreach, nurturing, and sales discussions.
• Automate paid media across Google and LinkedIn Ads, including bid rules, creative rotation, suppression, and budget management, powered by APIs rather than manual processes.
• Establish lifecycle and nurturing systems with suppression logic across paid channels, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and lifecycle platforms.
• Create a multi-touch attribution model and a unified marketing-sales performance layer that provides one reliable view of lead quality, pipeline, and revenue by source and persona.
• Design agentic workflows that synchronize enrichment, scoring, outreach, and follow-up activities across CRM, email, and paid platforms.
• 2–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing engineering, or go-to-market (GTM) engineering, with actual systems deployed in production.
• Proficient in Claude Code, Claude API, and LLM workflow tools—experience with real systems, not just demonstrations.
• Strong skills in automation and API integration using tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make, along with the discernment to know when direct API interaction is necessary.
• Proficient in SQL and hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as paid platform APIs (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• An evaluation-first approach to AI outputs, particularly in regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with data modeling and comfort in operating within a data warehouse environment, not just a dashboard (preferred).
• Experience with multi-touch attribution and closed-loop revenue reporting in a business-to-business (B2B) setting (preferred).
• Background in creating agentic workflows that coordinate across CRM, email, and paid platforms (preferred).
• Systems thinking, high execution speed, and capability to work independently (preferred).
