Growth Marketing Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead customer acquisition efforts by managing paid social channels and driving scalable growth across TikTok, Meta, and Google platforms.

• Oversee the daily execution and optimization of paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), and Google (such as UAC, Search, PMax, and YouTube).

• Administer budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve efficient acquisition aligned with CPA, ROAS, and conversion objectives.

• Conduct extensive creative testing in collaboration with Social and Creative teams, quickly iterating and amplifying high-performing ads.

• Evaluate campaign performance and take decisive actions by enhancing successful initiatives and optimizing or halting underperforming campaigns.

• Work alongside Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and overall funnel performance.

• Develop AI-driven strategies for testing and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing within a B2C or fintech context.

• Practical experience in managing and scaling campaigns across Paid Social and Google platforms.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven record of optimizing towards CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.

• Established ability to conduct structured creative testing and convert insights into scalable growth strategies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with analytics, product, and creative teams.

• Proficient in AI applications within daily operations.
