This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate, manage, and enhance paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic platforms, and emerging AI-native channels — directly involved, no delegation
• Develop AI-driven workflows that automate manual tasks: copy creation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting
• Create a pipeline from specific account lists (ABM strategy) — moving swiftly from signals to sequences
• Test new growth channels; eliminate what’s ineffective and amplify what yields results
• Leverage AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads prior to reaching the sales team
• Evaluate funnel performance, extract insights, and implement changes proactively
• You utilize AI tools on a daily basis — not just for experimentation, but as integral components of your work: writing copy, constructing workflows, conducting research, and analyzing data
• Over 5 years of practical experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• You have personally launched and optimized paid campaigns (not merely overseen agencies)
• Strong analytical abilities — adept at working with attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools (such as 6sense, Demandbase, or equivalent)
• Remote-first work culture
• Strong product/market fit: a marketing data solution for enterprises based in the US
