This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of marketing performance reporting, including pipeline attribution, campaign ROI, and dashboards, collaborating closely with RevOps to enhance measurement and reporting in Hubspot.
• Organize, promote, and execute webinars from start to finish — covering topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, hosting, and post-event follow-up sequences.
• Create and distribute lead magnets that appeal to our target audience: compliance leaders, heads of payments, and product teams within financial institutions and fintechs launching digital asset products.
• Produce content such as blog posts, case studies, and customer stories that establish credibility with institutional buyers.
• Coordinate and implement partner co-marketing initiatives, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and cross-promotional efforts.
• Assist with event marketing by planning and executing Notabene's participation in industry conferences, side events, and community gatherings.
• Maintain up-to-date and valuable sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, slide decks, and battle cards.
• Oversee and manage external vendors in areas such as SEO, performance marketing, design, and web development, ensuring projects stay on track and adhere to guidelines.
• Customize templated design assets for campaigns, events, and social media promotions.
• Excellent writing skills. You can create polished, professional copy for blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages without needing extensive edits, and you distinguish between informative and engaging content.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, with the ability to build workflows, segment lists, and generate reports.
• Basic design capabilities — you can edit templates in Canva or Figma, adapt graphics from the design team, and produce quick social media assets independently.
• Understanding of marketing attribution and insights on how to measure effectiveness, even when data is not pristine.
• Proficient in using AI tools judiciously to enhance productivity — whether drafting copy, analyzing data, or automating repetitive tasks — while recognizing when human intervention is necessary.
• Flourish in small teams where you are accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.
• Preferred: Experience in fintech, payments, regtech, or a related B2B sector.
• Background in product marketing: positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and selling to enterprise or institutional clients.
