Growth Marketer, Social Media Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize, shoot, and edit short-form videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

• Represent Occibo on camera through product demonstrations, tutorials, feature breakdowns, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Transform product features into clear, captivating narratives aimed at authors, parents, teachers, and illustrators.

• Develop and schedule posts, Reels, and Stories in alignment with a content calendar.

• Craft captions, concise text, and copy for social media platforms, newsletters, and the website.

• Organize and maintain content across various channels to ensure brand consistency.

• Monitor trends in social media and children's publishing, adapting them for Occibo.

• Analyze content performance and leverage insights for content enhancement.

• Interact with the online community, responding to comments and messages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student or a recent graduate seeking a mandatory or voluntary internship opportunity.

• Comfortable and self-assured when speaking on camera.

• Fundamental skills in video shooting and editing (a smartphone is sufficient).

• Familiarity with software such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.

• Strong intuition for effective social media strategies and visual storytelling.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Proactive, imaginative, and capable of working independently within a remote team environment.

• A portfolio, active social media account, or samples of videos you have created; personal projects are welcome.

• Resume and a link to a portfolio or examples of content should be included with your application.
