• Take ownership of and scale Synthflow’s growth engine, holding full responsibility for pipeline generation and revenue driven by marketing.
• Generate a high-quality pipeline through essential channels (LinkedIn, Google, SEO/organic) while continuously experimenting with and expanding new acquisition strategies.
• Convert voice AI product features into clear, compelling positioning and messaging aimed at mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate closely with GTM teams to enhance lead quality, optimize conversion rates within the funnel, and expedite deal cycles.
• Develop and fine-tune a comprehensive growth system that includes attribution, campaign tracking, and conversion infrastructure (HubSpot).
• Identify and activate new growth opportunities, such as partnerships, referrals, and outbound-supported campaigns; quickly validate and scale successful initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget and performance in collaboration with finance, focusing on metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period; set ROI targets and assess spending effectiveness.
• Work with a high degree of autonomy as a hands-on contributor, integrating strategy, execution, and technical marketing to establish repeatable growth mechanisms.
• A proven history of developing and scaling B2B growth engines across LinkedIn and Google, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• A solid grasp of US B2B market dynamics, encompassing ICP definition, messaging, and buyer behavior for high ACV deals ($250K+).
• Extensive expertise in performance marketing, attribution, and tools like HubSpot, including form tracking and comprehensive funnel analytics.
• Capability to design, execute, and refine experiments swiftly, coupled with strong judgment on what constitutes effective performance across various channels.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams (SDRs/AEs) in a sales-driven context, with clear accountability for pipeline outcomes.
• A strong analytical and technical mindset, comfortable engaging with data, tracking infrastructure, and campaign management systems.
• Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI setting, with a noticeable inclination towards execution and building initiatives from the ground up.
