This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and manage AI-driven campaign workflows that automate targeting, personalization, content iteration, and follow-up across the entire funnel.
• Contribute to increasing web inbound lead volume through paid and organic digital channels, email, social media, third-party programs, and appropriate follow-up actions.
• Act as the primary campaign operator, coordinating messaging, timing, budgets, audiences, and execution among various stakeholders and channels.
• Create prompt libraries, campaign playbooks, and AI-supported briefs that expedite execution and enhance consistency across channels.
• Oversee specific demand generation initiatives, including third-party campaigns like content syndication, sponsored newsletters, sponsored content, and other scalable lead generation efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to construct audience segments, produce and test copy variations, and dynamically modify campaigns based on performance indicators.
• Track performance against campaign objectives and quarterly goals, identify planning gaps, and suggest modifications to enhance traffic, engagement, MQL generation, meetings, and pipeline contributions.
• Assist in the execution of select field marketing initiatives, including events, executive programs, and related follow-up activities that align with business priorities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, overseeing program budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure programs are executed effectively and efficiently.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant responsibility for growth marketing, demand generation, and digital campaigns.
• Proven experience in developing AI-driven campaign workflows or automations.
• Ability to craft clear, effective prompts and adapt AI-generated outputs into on-brand, high-converting campaign materials.
• Experience managing both paid and organic digital programs, including campaign activation through email, social media, sponsored content, content syndication, newsletters, webinars, or similar lead generation channels.
• Familiarity with digital/social outbound strategies and the coordination of campaign execution across various channels.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple programs concurrently while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring campaign performance, managing to targets, and translating results into optimization strategies and corrective actions.
