Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement multi-channel marketing strategies involving content, email, web, SEO, paid media, social media, and events.

• Convert business and product priorities into effective campaigns, programs, and deliverables.

• Develop and oversee marketing materials such as blogs, emails, landing pages, case studies, and product-related content.

• Enhance content distribution through owned, paid, and partner channels, including SEO, email, social media, syndication, and PR support.

• Assist in the execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, ensuring consistency in messaging, content, and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate pipeline generation and acceleration via targeted campaigns and programs.

• Identify chances to test, optimize, and enhance performance across various channels and stages of the funnel.

• Manage and refine marketing workflows, improving execution through enhanced processes, tools, and automation.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to boost execution speed, enhance output quality, and streamline workflows.

• Track performance, gather insights, and continuously adjust execution strategies.

• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned to fulfill team and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.

• Strong grasp of B2B marketing, including content, SEO, lifecycle, paid media, and web.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market strategies.

• Analytical mindset capable of leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize performance.

• Comfortable utilizing marketing tools and platforms.

• Proactive in implementing, developing, and innovating with AI-assisted workflows.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
