This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the email marketing and lifecycle plan, including the creation, distribution, and optimization of all email marketing initiatives — such as newsletters, nurture sequences, product announcements, event invitations, and fundraising appeals.
• Lead the segmentation and personalization strategy for our diverse audiences (prospects, customers, partners, donors).
• Manage the campaign calendar and oversee the sending frequency for all ongoing campaigns and sequences.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and sending times, and respond to the findings.
• Oversee campaign attribution from start to finish: link every email, sequence, and campaign interaction to subsequent revenue activities.
• Design and implement outbound email campaigns aimed at our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) markets.
• Create AI-enhanced workflows for prospect research, list enrichment, and large-scale message personalization.
• Act as the day-to-day administrator for our HubSpot setup across Marketing and Sales.
• Ensure data integrity: deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and list segmentation.
• Develop and refine workflows, properties, deal pipelines, and dashboards.
• Craft email copy that reflects our voice — straightforward, warm, mission-driven, and free of marketing jargon.
• Tailor the tone for various audiences: a school nutrition director and a Tribal economic development officer will require different messaging.
• Assist the broader team by providing copy for landing pages, advertisements, and one-pagers as required.
• Design, create, and manage campaign landing pages, lead magnets, webinar registration flows, and forms (using HubSpot CMS, Zoom, Webflow, or similar tools).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM administration, or marketing operations.
• Proven, hands-on experience with CRM systems (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub) — experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing outbound email campaigns utilizing AI tools (such as Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, or equivalents) — please provide examples.
• Strong writing skills: capable of crafting a 90-word email that encourages a reply.
• Comfortable creating landing pages and forms (using HubSpot CMS, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar platforms).
• Analytical mindset: you instinctively interpret dashboards rather than viewing them as a chore.
• Self-motivated and focused on execution — this role emphasizes building rather than managing.
• Familiarity with AI tools beyond outbound applications — including Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, and Zapier.
