Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee full-funnel growth by managing demand generation from start to finish: including paid, organic, lifecycle strategies, and all efforts that convert attention into pipeline.

• Conduct experimentation by designing, executing, and rigorously assessing growth experiments across various channels; we prefer to discover what doesn't work within a week rather than assuming effectiveness for a quarter.

• Positioning & content - transform inherently tedious compliance topics into engaging content that resonates with regulated-industry buyers, particularly as we launch Adclear in the US market.

• Build attribution reporting that provides leadership with insights into what is truly driving pipeline, rather than simply tracking traffic sources.

• Collaborate closely with our BDR and AE teams to ensure that what you develop at the top of the funnel translates into their pipeline, not just a dashboard view.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in growth or demand generation at an early-stage B2B SaaS company, preferably in a setting with a complex or regulated sales process.

• Comfortable functioning as a solo contributor - focusing on building the necessary infrastructure instead of merely filling in for someone else's role.

• Possess a data-driven mindset, demonstrating a relentless approach to testing, measuring, and discontinuing initiatives that do not yield positive results.

• Capable of writing and communicating effectively to make compliance topics engaging, as that is a core aspect of the role.

• Experience marketing to fintech, financial services, or other regulated sectors is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
