• Develop the commercial strategy aimed at achieving sustainable growth.
• Drive the creation of new revenue channels by identifying and evaluating emerging opportunities, executing test campaigns, and fostering the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the most successful campaigns.
• Focus on monetizing social channels.
• Establish the outbound strategy and budget for Guest Posts.
• Explore partnership opportunities with streamers and external content contributors.
• Formulate the strategy and campaign direction for email and other marketing initiatives, collaborating with the content team for execution and delivery.
• Manage performance by tracking results across all channels, holding team leaders accountable, and providing clear reports to senior leadership.
• Assume responsibility for revenue generation and quarter-on-quarter growth.
• Ensure that KPIs and other targets are achieved or surpassed.
• Extensive leadership experience in revenue-centric affiliate or lead-generation roles within the iGaming sector.
• Proficiency in setting, articulating, and executing clear strategies.
• Expertise in email marketing, newsletter monetization, and sponsored content agreements.
• Fluent in utilizing tracking and revenue analytics tools.
• Proven history of leading high-achieving teams and meeting commercial objectives.
• Strong commercial instincts with a focus on conversion, margin, growth, and ROI.
• Existing network of content creators, streamers, and media contacts.
• Experience in managing a remote workforce across various workstreams simultaneously.
• Able to hold others accountable for targets, promptly assessing and addressing underperformance with constructive improvement plans.
• Clear and direct communication style while remaining approachable to stakeholders at all levels.
