This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
β’ Develop the commercial strategy aimed at achieving sustainable growth.
β’ Drive the creation of new revenue channels by identifying and evaluating emerging opportunities, executing test campaigns, and fostering the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the most successful campaigns.
β’ Focus on monetizing social channels.
β’ Establish the outbound strategy and budget for Guest Posts.
β’ Explore partnership opportunities with streamers and external content contributors.
β’ Formulate the strategy and campaign direction for email and other marketing initiatives, collaborating with the content team for execution and delivery.
β’ Manage performance by tracking results across all channels, holding team leaders accountable, and providing clear reports to senior leadership.
β’ Assume responsibility for revenue generation and quarter-on-quarter growth.
β’ Ensure that KPIs and other targets are achieved or surpassed.
β’ Extensive leadership experience in revenue-centric affiliate or lead-generation roles within the iGaming sector.
β’ Proficiency in setting, articulating, and executing clear strategies.
β’ Expertise in email marketing, newsletter monetization, and sponsored content agreements.
β’ Fluent in utilizing tracking and revenue analytics tools.
β’ Proven history of leading high-achieving teams and meeting commercial objectives.
β’ Strong commercial instincts with a focus on conversion, margin, growth, and ROI.
β’ Existing network of content creators, streamers, and media contacts.
β’ Experience in managing a remote workforce across various workstreams simultaneously.
β’ Able to hold others accountable for targets, promptly assessing and addressing underperformance with constructive improvement plans.
β’ Clear and direct communication style while remaining approachable to stakeholders at all levels.
