Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, prioritize, and oversee a backlog of growth hypotheses centered on user acquisition, activation, and retention for Deposits & Daily Banking products.

• Serve as a project manager for growth experiments by coordinating with acquisition, design, product, origination, affiliate, and web/SEO teams to implement and evaluate outcomes.

• Design and conduct A/B tests across paid channels, landing pages, and onboarding processes.

• Analyze user and campaign data to pinpoint bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest data-driven enhancements.

• Create and maintain a structured system for tracking experiments, ensuring clear learnings and next steps are documented.

• Work closely with the creative team to experiment with new messaging and visual strategies aimed at enhancing user quality.

• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

• Stay informed on best practices and emerging growth tactics within fintech and performance marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product growth, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.

• Demonstrated success in managing A/B tests and data-driven experiments across marketing and product channels.

• Strong analytical skills — capable of interpreting data, defining success metrics, and transforming insights into actionable strategies.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and user lifecycle metrics.

• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and A/B testing platforms.

• Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication abilities.

• Creative and experimental approach — willing to test bold ideas and learn quickly.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of the Philippine market is an advantage.
