This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Travel throughout the U.S. to participate in events, expos, and community meetings as a representative of LemFi.
• Build and enhance LemFi’s community network by connecting with local leaders, partners, and organizations.
• Spend 3–5 days in different U.S. cities every few weeks to establish a local presence.
• Create and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies focused on Ghanaian ex-pat communities in the U.S.
• Own and manage growth targets for designated markets, consistently delivering results across both online and offline channels.
• Spearhead community-driven initiatives to foster trust, awareness, and advocacy for LemFi.
• Identify, negotiate, and oversee partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to boost user growth.
• Conduct continuous market research to comprehend user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for LemFi, promoting the company’s mission and values.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dynamic environments.
• Experience in growth, sales, or marketing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong capability to analyze data, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
• In-depth understanding of the Ghanaian community in the United States.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust among diverse stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and effective in a remote work setting.
