• Take the lead in executing proactive demand generation initiatives across various industries, domains, and account-based campaigns.
• Strategize and implement hands-on outreach efforts (including messaging, sequences, follow-ups, and CRM) in collaboration with leadership and practitioner networks.
• Collaborate with service line leaders to transform expertise into compelling, service-oriented offers.
• Organize a schedule of impactful small events (such as dinners, roundtables, seminars, and the Future Leadership series).
• Maximize the effectiveness of existing assets (including insight reports, AI prototypes, and demos) within campaigns and content strategies.
• Develop and oversee target account lists and decision-maker maps within key sectors.
• Monitor performance in relation to pipeline contributions and adjust strategies based on results.
• Manage campaign execution as part of the broader demand generation strategy.
• Assist in structured Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and conduct in-depth research for strategic accounts.
• Provide clear reports on performance metrics and identify areas for future focus.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a new business, demand generation, or growth role within a B2B agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
• Proven track record of designing and executing proactive demand generation campaigns from start to finish, achieving clear pipeline outcomes.
• Proficient in conducting outreach personally—composing sequences, sending communications, managing CRM, and following up.
• Capable of translating practitioner expertise and thought leadership into propositions and offers that resonate.
• Familiarity with, or genuine interest in, AI, software engineering, design, digital strategy, and product development.
• Comfortable working in a flat, entrepreneurial environment, prioritizing tangible output over internal processes.
• Experience in one or more of our priority sectors is advantageous: automotive & manufacturing, legal, energy, media, and not-for-profit.
