Growth Lead – Marketing, Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee SARAL's content strategy along with the editorial calendar.

• Work collaboratively with writers, SEO specialists, and internal stakeholders to produce top-notch content.

• Develop and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.

• Identify, negotiate, and oversee strategic partnerships.

• Lead co-marketing initiatives, webinars, podcast sponsorships, and newsletter partnerships.

• Enhance website conversion rates through ongoing CRO experiments.

• Refine lead qualification processes, scoring, and funnel optimization.

• Initiate, assess, and refine growth experiments across various acquisition channels.

• Monitor growth metrics, pinpoint opportunities, and propose enhancements.

• Manage projects from conception to execution while being responsible for business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

• Proven experience managing a marketing channel, campaign, or function from beginning to end.

• Strong capability in overseeing a content calendar.

• Practical experience in partnership outreach and relationship management.

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.

• Ability to create and enhance marketing content independently without relying on AI.

• Experience in website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Knowledge of lead qualification, lead scoring, and marketing funnels.

• Proficient in using HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytical tools.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on experimentation.

• Self-motivated, highly accountable, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced remote setting.
