This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Strategy. You will act as the General Manager for Engine X acquisition, determining what to test, what to expand, and what to discontinue.
• Develop the Acquisition Engine. Establish the programs, infrastructure, and systems that ensure Engine X's growth is both predictable and repeatable.
• Deliver the Work. Propel large, ambiguous projects forward while maintaining momentum.
• Experiment with Innovations. Engine X is entering a highly active fintech market, presenting numerous opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Functions. Engage directly with Product on roadmap development and positioning strategies.
• Spearhead AI-Driven Growth. The growth team at Engine utilizes AI as a fundamental component of our operations.
• Experience in Fintech. You have marketed or sold fintech products such as business cards, banking, lending, expense management, or similar offerings.
• Owner’s Mindset. You function like a General Manager, taking ambiguous objectives, creating a plan, and achieving results.
• Strong Data Skills. You extract your own data, create your own models, and support your strategies with quantitative evidence. Familiarity with SQL, Amplitude, and Snowflake is essential.
• Proficiency in AI. You leverage AI to enhance your productivity — not as a gimmick, but as an integral part of your work process.
• Customer-Focused Approach. You have designed acquisition strategies that feel relevant and personalized, starting from the customer perspective and working backward.
• Flexibility. You are adept at navigating large markets, rapid cycles, and changing priorities, while maintaining focus.
