This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement the organic growth strategy across essential channels such as SEO, ASO, social media, community engagement, and referrals.
• Create, launch, and expand a Creator Program from inception, which includes identifying, recruiting, and managing content creators and influencers that resonate with the Blitz brand.
• Forge long-lasting partnerships with creators and gaming communities to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Examine performance data across organic channels to unearth growth opportunities and refine campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Gaming teams to ensure growth initiatives align with product roadmap milestones.
• Rapidly experiment with new growth strategies, iterate based on data insights, and disseminate learnings across the team.
• Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain a leading edge in organic growth best practices within the mobile gaming sector.
• Take ownership of reporting on organic KPIs and metrics related to the creator program, delivering regular updates to leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience in growth, user acquisition, or digital marketing, preferably within the mobile gaming or consumer apps industry.
• Strong educational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in driving organic growth through various channels including SEO/ASO, social media, community engagement, and partnerships.
• Practical experience in establishing or overseeing a creator/influencer program.
• Data-driven approach with the capability to analyze metrics and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities—capable of handling multiple partnerships and initiatives concurrently.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
• A passion for gaming along with a profound understanding of gaming culture and communities.
• Must be based in the United States.
