• Spearhead the strategic collaboration with TikTok’s shop management and category teams to guarantee that Spreetail is among the first to adopt new features (e.g., Shop Tab integrations, Live Shopping initiatives).
• Develop the strategy for the TikTok Affiliate Center, creating frameworks to recruit, evaluate, and manage creator relationships that generate high-volume "earned" media sales.
• Take ownership of the implementation of TikTok-specific initiatives such as "Deal-of-the-Day," shop-funded coupons, and TikTok Shop Ads (PSA) to optimize ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that product detail pages (PDPs) utilize TikTok-native video and imagery that effectively convert "scrollers" into "buyers."
• Establish and monitor success metrics through TikTok-specific KPIs: GMV via Affiliate versus Organic, Creator Collaboration Rate, and Shop Health Ratings.
• Work closely with Channel Operations to meet TikTok’s stringent fulfillment SLAs, ensuring that "Ready to Ship" times and seller ratings remain top-tier to prevent account suppression.
• Social Commerce Expertise: Previous experience specifically within the TikTok Shop or comparable social-selling environments (e.g., Instagram Shopping, Whatnot).
• Executive Influence: Proven capability to lead high-stakes discussions with external platform partners and internal executive stakeholders.
• Strategic Creativity: A "test-and-learn" approach, adept at identifying emerging viral trends and adjusting inventory or marketing strategies to seize demand.
• P&L Ownership: Established experience managing a complete P&L, particularly accounting for the distinct cost structures related to creator commissions, sample distribution, and platform fees.
• Data-Driven Modeling: Highly skilled in constructing financial models that predict the "spike" nature of social commerce and the effects of viral velocity on inventory turnover.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proficient at maneuvering within large organizations to align supply chain, creative, and finance teams with the unique demands of a 24/7 social marketplace.
