This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
⢠Take charge of Starlinkās strategy and execution for consumer subscriber growth in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas, responsible for meeting growth objectives.
⢠Act as the local market representative for Starlink, focusing on awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance metrics.
⢠Implement business development strategies aimed at enhancing Starlinkās consumer footprint across the region.
⢠Identify, assess, and cultivate customer acquisition channels through internet service providers, affiliates, utilities, retailers, installers, real estate partners, community organizations, and local government entities.
⢠Manage deal execution from the identification of opportunities to the establishment of commercial agreements and partner launches.
⢠Represent Starlink in conversations with potential commercial partners and community stakeholders.
⢠Oversee local marketing and awareness initiatives, including field marketing, community events, trade shows, retail activations, and grassroots campaigns.
⢠Enhance Starlinkās brand presence and visibility throughout the region.
⢠Gather and analyze feedback from customers and partners to inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market tactics.
⢠Monitor and report on subscriber acquisition performance, partner productivity, and the ROI of campaigns and growth initiatives.
⢠Work collaboratively with sales, product, marketing, operations, engineering, and finance teams to develop scalable growth programs.
⢠Design and implement pilots and growth experiments to discover high-performing acquisition channels.
⢠Bachelorās degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
⢠A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
⢠Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
⢠Willingness to travel approximately 75% or more of the time to customer sites and other SpaceX locations.
⢠In-depth knowledge of consumer purchasing behaviors in the region, especially in rural settings.
⢠Familiarity with consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription-based services.
⢠Proven experience in building and scaling local or regional partnerships and distribution networks.
⢠Background in executing local marketing, field marketing, or community growth initiatives.
⢠Prior experience in launching and expanding products in the region.
⢠Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish and achieve measurable growth outcomes.
⢠Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
⢠Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
⢠Must meet ITAR requirements: be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or be eligible to obtain necessary U.S. Department of State authorizations.
