Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of growth from start to finish across: Influencer marketing, Performance marketing, and Organic content.

• Manage and enhance existing projects currently overseen by the founder and contractors.

• Create and implement new growth experiments and channels.

• Propel measurable customer acquisition and revenue enhancement.

• Work across both B2C (individual creators, professionals) and B2B (teams/enterprise products).

• Craft a growth narrative as the platform evolves from images to video and audio.

• Monitor and optimize performance across channels with clear attribution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience in growth, marketing, or performance marketing.

• Proven track record of measurable impact in previous positions.

• High-agency operator mindset.

• Resourceful and focused on execution.

• Comfortable taking initiatives from concept through to launch and measurement.

• Quick learner in adapting to new tools and channels.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and maintain pace in early-stage environments.

• Strong passion for generative AI products.
