This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Collaborate directly with cofounders to ensure alignment with Spire’s overarching strategy and objectives.

• Cultivate and support a developer community that utilizes Spire’s technology, especially for the Based Appchain Platform.

• Strategize and implement marketing initiatives for our first-party appchain.

• Design and carry out content strategies to enhance engagement with developers and technical communities.

• Foster partnerships with app developers, protocols, and projects to increase Spire’s user base and promote the adoption of Pylon and DA Builder.

• Represent Spire Labs at industry conferences, both virtual and in-person, to enhance the brand and articulate our vision.

• Inherently crypto-native, with a true enthusiasm for blockchain and decentralization.

• Comprehensive understanding of rollups, DeFi, and the technical environment surrounding Ethereum.

• Regularly engaging with crypto podcasts (10+ hours/month) is a plus.

• A technical background or familiarity with rollups and infrastructure.

• A robust presence on X(Twitter), showcasing a history of engaging or technical content.

• Basic design skills and relevant experiences.
