This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Methodically investigate, validate, and expand unconventional growth avenues in acquisition, distribution, and demand generation.
• Function as a high-impact growth explorer: merging experimentation, creativity, data, AI, and go-to-market strategies to identify unique opportunities that can significantly enhance Coverflex's growth trajectory.
• Ensure a steady stream of SQLs (Qualified Signups).
• Evaluate success through KPIs, including contributions to net new revenue acquisition and innovative experiments.
• Over 6 years of experience in performance or growth-focused roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in paid acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and referral programs.
• Technical skills to create and oversee workflows in HubSpot and automation tools (such as N8N, Make, or similar).
• Strong comprehension of B2B growth dynamics throughout the entire funnel.
• Always seeking first-mover advantages — exploring new channels, tactics, hacks, and growth possibilities.
• Robust business ownership mindset: capable of defining strategies, executing initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics.
