This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire marketing performance lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Generate pipeline growth through focused inbound and paid media campaigns in key regions (Europe, APAC, North America).

• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring a consistent focus, high-quality output, and sustained momentum during engagement.

• Create, launch, and optimize impactful marketing programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Enhance messaging and positioning - refine how Cenosco articulates its value across all channels and to the appropriate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

• Implement structure, planning, and repeatable processes within marketing operations.

• Work closely with commercial teams to synchronize on pipeline objectives, deal size targets, and go-to-market priorities.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): pipeline quality, campaign effectiveness, and funnel conversion - and respond swiftly based on data insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation, demonstrating a solid track record of pipeline development in vertical SaaS environments.

• Established expertise in managing paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and inbound programs across global markets.

• Background in asset-heavy sectors (energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, Oil & Gas) is highly advantageous.

• Comfortable in a player-coach capacity - capable of leading a small team while remaining hands-on with execution.

• Strong analytical abilities, familiarity with KPI/OKR frameworks, funnel metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

• High ownership mentality, excellent prioritization skills, and a results-oriented approach.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

• Located in Europe, with a fully remote-friendly work environment.
