Growth Intern – 6 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Conceptualize and execute experiments across various growth channels, including partnerships, events, hackathons, social media, and more.

• Enhance user onboarding and improve the overall experience on the platform.

• Assist in building and engaging our initial community of researchers, developers, and creators.

• Monitor performance, share insights with the team, and adapt quickly.

• Present your own ideas — we are eager to hear them.

• You are available to begin immediately and commit to a full-time role for 6 months, with the potential for extension.

• You are a self-motivated individual who takes initiative without waiting for direction.

• You possess genuine creativity and are comfortable navigating uncertainty.

• You have an understanding of communities, culture, and the dynamics of how ideas spread.

• You have organized events, built an audience, or participated in a side project that gained traction.

• Prior experience in a traditional "growth" role is not essential — curiosity and a desire to learn are key.
