This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You are responsible for attracting high-intent participants — focusing on quality rather than just leads, impressions, or clicks.
• You develop a systematic growth engine that expands our reach into new regions while enhancing our presence in existing ones.
• You operate on a global scale from the very beginning.
• A participant acquisition engine that builds upon itself: including organic loops, referral strategies, community partnerships, proactive outreach, and geo-specific channel mapping.
• Implement automation and agentic workflows (utilizing LLMs for personalized outreach, scrapers for community identification, orchestration tools like Make/n8n/Zapier, and lightweight SQL) to scale acquisition efforts without increasing headcount.
• Unlocking geographic potential driven by client demand and supply-side economics.
• Focus on key metrics: cost per activated participant, completion rates, repeat-task rates, and lifetime task count by market.
• Conduct weekly experiments, eliminate unsuccessful initiatives within two weeks, and invest more in successful strategies.
• You have experience growing a marketplace, gig platform, or two-sided business and can demonstrate the impact you've made through measurable results.
• You think in terms of mechanisms rather than campaigns, preferring insights like "we achieved a 3x increase from a Telegram bot that notified completed users about same-day tasks" over general campaign statements.
• You are proficient with agentic tools — including LLM-powered outreach, scraping, no-code orchestration, and basic data manipulation.
• You have experience working in emerging markets and understand how the channel mix varies by country.
• You are capable of writing your own copy, scripts, and dashboards — until it's time to scale, at which point you focus on systematization.
