This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• You will play a pivotal role in generating new leads for our sales team.
• Your responsibility will be to enhance both the volume and quality of our lead generation in a sustainable and scalable manner.
• Your position will involve defining and executing the most effective tactics and strategies to achieve these goals.
• You will create, plan, and monitor marketing campaigns, making decisions on whether to scale or discontinue them until we achieve the desired volume and quality.
• Collaboration with our Content Marketeer will be essential.
• We are looking for someone who is analytical and capable of implementing relevant reporting to facilitate data-driven decisions and adapt our strategy as necessary.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to learn are key, as you will be expected to continuously challenge and test new tools, technologies, campaigns, and channels.
• Ideally, you will have prior experience in growth hacking.
• You should be hands-on while also being able to assess our growth from a broader perspective and make strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales and marketing funnel within a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up context.
• Experience working in a SaaS company.
• Proven success in marketing operations, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Must be proactive and self-sufficient.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be rigorous, organized, and methodical (results-driven & documentation-oriented).
• Fluency in English is required, along with native proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
