This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate, manage, and enhance paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and innovative AI-driven channels — hands-on, no intermediaries.
• Develop AI-powered workflows that automate manual tasks: copy creation, audience segmentation, enhancement, and reporting.
• Create pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM strategy) — from signal to sequence, efficiently.
• Test new growth channels; eliminate what is ineffective, and expand what proves successful.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads prior to reaching sales.
• Evaluate funnel performance, extract insights, and take action without needing prompts.
• You engage with AI tools daily — not merely for experimentation, but to effectively perform your role: writing copy, creating workflows, researching, and analyzing.
• Over 5 years of direct experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing.
• You have personally launched and optimized paid campaigns (not just overseen agencies).
• Strong analytical abilities — proficient with attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with programmatic / ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
• Remote-first work culture.
• Strong product/market alignment: marketing data product tailored for US-based enterprises.
