This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Initiate, manage, and enhance paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and innovative AI-native platforms — hands-on involvement, no delegation
• Develop AI-driven workflows that automate manual tasks: copy creation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting
• Create a sales pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM strategy) — from signal to sequence, swiftly
• Test new growth avenues; discontinue what proves ineffective, and amplify what succeeds
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads prior to reaching the sales team
• Assess funnel performance, uncover insights, and take action proactively without needing prompting
• Over 5 years of direct experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Strong analytical capabilities — comfortable with attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards
• Regular user of AI tools — not just for experimentation, but to perform essential tasks: writing copy, creating workflows, researching, and analyzing
• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools (such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
• Preferred: Previous team or project management experience — skilled in coordination, even if it's not the primary role here
• Practical experience with Clay, n8n, Make, Apollo, or equivalent automation/enrichment tools
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, SQL) — sufficient for data retrieval or task automation
• Understanding of the MarTech/analytics landscape
• Remote-first work environment
