This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive commercial expansion initiatives for Purple’s Sports & Entertainment sector throughout North America.
• Manage a senior sales target centered on strategic venue prospects and partner-driven growth.
• Establish and nurture executive-level connections with venue operators, sports teams, ownership groups, technology innovators, and entertainment entities.
• Create go-to-market strategies aimed at stadiums, arenas, sports venues, live entertainment settings, and large public gathering locations.
• Advocate for Purple’s offerings in guest WiFi, identity-driven onboarding, analytics, engagement, operational insights, and smart venue connectivity.
• Collaborate closely with partners, MSPs, networking providers, and venue technology ecosystems to uncover new opportunities and enhance commercial growth.
• Assist in managing intricate enterprise sales cycles that involve various stakeholders, procurement frameworks, technical validation procedures, and large-scale implementations.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to ensure strong alignment within the vertical and sustainable commercial success.
• Represent Purple at industry gatherings, sports and entertainment conferences, networking events, and partner interactions.
• Contribute to thought leadership regarding fan engagement, connected venues, intelligent infrastructure, and digital experience transformation.
• A senior enterprise sales expert with 10–15 years of experience within or selling to the sports and entertainment sector.
• Proficient in connectivity, networking, WiFi, digital infrastructure, SaaS, venue technology, or related technology fields.
• Adept at managing complex, high-stakes, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
• Experienced in partner-led go-to-market strategies and maintaining extensive ecosystem relationships.
• Strong grasp of the operational and commercial dynamics within sports and entertainment venues.
• An exceptional communicator with a robust executive presence and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially motivated, highly independent, and driven by the desire to foster long-term strategic growth.
• Enthusiastic about the role of technology in enhancing venue experiences, operational efficiency, and fan engagement.
• Salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
