Growth Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance Web-to-App user acquisition funnels;

• Create, test, and iterate design hypotheses to drive key metrics growth;

• Develop quizzes, checkout flows, and upsell strategies;

• Analyze experimental results and identify new conversion growth opportunities;

• Collaborate with the design system to maintain high-quality interface standards;

• Generate high-end AI-driven fashion visuals for product and growth initiatives;

• Work on email communications, ASA/ASO, and other user lifecycle materials.
