Growth Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and contribute to A/B testing and experimentation programs.

• Design and enhance website experiences, landing pages, e-commerce processes, lifecycle email journeys, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to enhance acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.

• Oversee user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and the execution of final designs.

• Develop and refine performance marketing creatives based on customer insights and business outcomes.

• Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and research findings to guide design choices.

• Present design rationale and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

• Assist in implementation and ensure a top-notch user experience from concept to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in design, growth, marketing, or UX/UI design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing successful work in website, landing page, e-commerce, email, and design projects.

• Proven experience in conversion optimization, experimentation, and performance-centric design.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dovetail, and similar tools.

• Strong comprehension of user behavior, analytics, and data-driven design.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
