This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Create marketing materials independently, including social media graphics, campaign visuals, email designs, presentation slides, graphic banners, posters, infographics, one-pagers, digital advertisements, short-form videos, video editing, and other content development.
β’ Write and refine copy across various formats β blogs, case studies, social media posts, emails, LinkedIn newsletters, web pages, campaign materials, and sales enablement content as needed.
β’ Take ownership of the content calendar, ensuring that all activities are planned, produced, and published punctually.
β’ Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
β’ Identify content and creative gaps and proactively suggest ideas that align with business objectives.
β’ Utilize AI tools and efficient workflows to maintain high-quality standards while maximizing production efficiency.
β’ Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to delivery β managing the entire process, not just a segment of it.
β’ Craft ad copy and develop creative assets for Meta and other paid platforms; oversee basic campaign setup and performance tracking.
β’ Establish campaign tracking mechanisms and ensure accurate tagging of all campaign activities for reporting purposes.
β’ Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and apply findings to future campaigns.
β’ Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports that highlight measurable outcomes.
β’ Manage 50% of organic social media presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
β’ Plan, create, and schedule content β writing copy and producing assets, with some assistance from the marketing team.
β’ Monitor community engagement and respond to comments effectively.
β’ Provide performance reports with genuine insights into what strategies are effective and why.
β’ Co-manage CMS content updates including new pages, copy revisions, and blog publishing.
β’ Develop landing pages for campaigns, ensuring the accuracy of copy, creative elements, and tracking.
β’ Collaborate with the web agency on development tasks β including briefing, reviewing, and approving work.
β’ Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and identify UX/technical issues as they arise.
β’ Offer content and creative assistance for event programs and help with day-of coordination as necessary.
β’ Facilitate the testing and validation of new propositions, audiences, and market opportunities through structured campaigns and content, aiding in product and go-to-market development.
β’ Take on additional marketing projects as the team and business expand.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role with clear, hands-on responsibility for content, creative, and campaign execution.
β’ A portfolio showcasing both writing skills and design capabilities β samples of copy and creative assets are essential.
β’ Demonstrable impact: the ability to reference campaigns or content programs you have led and show their results, including a link to your portfolio.
β’ Experience in planning and executing campaigns from start to finish, not just participating.
β’ Proven expertise in paid social, website management, and events along with core content and creative tasks.
β’ Strong copywriting skills across various formats, maintaining a confident, adaptable brand voice.
β’ Proficient in using Canva and Figma on a daily basis.
β’ Comfortable with setting up, managing, and reporting on Meta paid advertising campaigns at a basic to intermediate level.
β’ Solid grasp of campaign planning, including objectives, audience targeting, messaging, channels, and measurement.
β’ A keen creative eye with the ability to recognize quality design and produce it independently.
β’ Commercial awareness β connecting creative choices to business outcomes beyond mere aesthetics.
β’ Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads Manager, Semrush, and basic marketing reporting practices.
β’ Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
β’ Comfortable managing content and pages using a CMS (such as WordPress or similar systems).
