📋 Description

• Create marketing assets independently, including social graphics, campaign visuals, email creatives, presentation decks, graphic banners, posters, infographics, one-pagers, digital ads, short-form videos, video editing, and other creative content development.

• Write and edit copy across various formats — including blogs, case studies, social media posts, emails, LinkedIn newsletters, web pages, campaign collateral, and sales enablement content as needed.

• Manage the content calendar, ensuring that all activities are planned, produced, and published in a timely manner.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

• Identify content and creative gaps, presenting proactive ideas that align with business objectives.

• Leverage AI tools and efficient workflows to uphold quality and production efficiency.

• Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from inception to delivery — overseeing the entire cycle, rather than just segments.

• Write ad copy and create assets for Meta and other paid channels; oversee basic campaign setup and performance tracking.

• Establish campaign tracking to ensure that all activities are accurately monitored and reported.

• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and apply them to future initiatives.

• Generate clear post-campaign reports showcasing measurable impact.

• Oversee 50% of organic social media efforts across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, produce, and schedule content — writing the copy and creating the assets, with some assistance from the marketing team.

• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments effectively.

• Provide performance reports that offer genuine insights into successes and areas for improvement.

• Co-manage CMS content updates — including new pages, copy edits, and blog publishing.

• Build landing pages for campaigns, ensuring that copy, creative elements, and tracking are accurate.

• Collaborate with the web agency on development tasks — from briefing to review and final approval.

• Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) discussions and identify UX/technical issues as they arise.

• Offer content and creative support for the events program, assisting with on-the-day coordination as needed.

• Aid in testing and validating new propositions, audiences, and market opportunities through structured campaigns and content, contributing to product and go-to-market strategies.

• Take on broader marketing projects as the team and business evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, demonstrating clear, hands-on responsibility for content, creative, and campaign execution.

• A portfolio showcasing both writing skills and design output — examples of copy and creative assets are required.

• Proven track record of impact: the ability to reference campaigns or content programs you've managed and their outcomes, including a link to your portfolio.

• Experience in planning and executing campaigns from start to finish, rather than just contributing.

• Demonstrated experience in paid social media, website management, and events, alongside core content and creative tasks.

• Exceptional copywriting skills across various formats, with a confident and adaptable brand voice.

• Proficient in Canva and Figma — these tools are used daily, not just occasionally.

• Comfortable with setting up, managing, and reporting on Meta paid ad campaigns at a basic to intermediate level.

• Strong understanding of campaign planning: objectives, target audience, messaging, channels, and measurement.

• A keen creative eye — you know what high-quality work looks like and can produce it yourself.

• Commercial awareness — you connect creative choices to business outcomes, beyond just aesthetics.

• Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads Manager, Semrush, and basic marketing reporting.

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.

• Comfortable navigating a CMS (WordPress or a similar system) for content and page management.
