Growth Campaign Manager – Spanish/Portuguese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and refine marketing campaigns aimed at user acquisition, retention, and referral initiatives that align with regional business goals.

• Create and oversee lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance user activation, retention, and overall lifetime value.

• Deploy strategies centered on segmentation, personalization, and automated user experiences.

• Evaluate campaign data and user interactions to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.

• Execute A/B testing and various optimization techniques to boost campaign efficiency.

• Work in conjunction with product, content, and operations teams to guarantee campaign coherence and success.

• Present KPIs and campaign outcomes while suggesting ongoing improvements.

• Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, innovative growth strategies, and developments within the crypto ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management positions.

• A strong analytical and data-driven approach with a background in analyzing user behavior and retention methods.

• Demonstrated experience in executing lifecycle and acquisition marketing campaigns.

• Familiarity with segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization techniques.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a strong focus on achieving results.

• Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese are highly preferred.

• A genuine passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and fintech innovations.
