Growth Associate – Product Launch Coordinator, AI Consumer Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the launch of a novel consumer AI product within the US market.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, launch timelines, and execution across various channels.

• Aid in coordinating launch activities across Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.

• Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and opportunities among early adopters.

• Foster launch momentum through creative, cost-effective growth initiatives.

• Support acquisition campaigns through paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community channels.

• Help identify fresh growth opportunities and channels for user acquisition.

• Assist in setting up campaigns, testing, optimization, and reporting.

• Aid in enhancing signup processes, onboarding experiences, and first-user interactions.

• Monitor funnel drop-off points and propose practical enhancements.

• Support lifecycle messaging efforts such as email, push notifications, or re-engagement campaigns.

• Create copy for landing pages, campaign messaging, and basic launch materials.

• Assist with demonstrations, use-case content, FAQs, and product education resources.

• Collaborate with designers or external vendors as necessary.

• Develop simple dashboards and weekly growth reports.

• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data.

• Transform insights into actionable recommendations and testing strategies.

• 2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, digital campaigns, product development, startups, or consumer applications.

• Strong enthusiasm for launching new products and facilitating user growth.
