📋 Description

• Contribute to the establishment of a new role. Develop the playbook, automate the manual processes, and assist in scaling it. You will report directly to the CEO.

• This position represents the first hire on a new team at RenoFi, working directly under the CEO.

• Sales professionals excel at selling but often struggle with the marketing tasks necessary for expanding their client base. They are aware of what needs to be done but often fail to execute. We are developing a role that will handle these tasks on their behalf. As the inaugural hire, you will begin by supporting several of our leading salespeople directly — identifying tasks they should be undertaking but aren’t, and then taking action on their behalf.

• Specifically, this role involves tasks such as: a salesperson informs you during a 20-minute call that they have 150 inactive past customers listed in a spreadsheet. By Friday, you will have segmented the list, crafted a reactivation email in their style, sent it, and connected with all 150 individuals on LinkedIn using their account. Then, you will determine how to replicate this process for the next salesperson in half the time.

• This describes the manual aspect of the position. Concurrently, from week one, your second responsibility will be to identify which elements of what you just accomplished can be automated — through AI tools we are already developing, workflows you establish, and templates you create. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and our product team on future developments. The role you occupy in 18 months will differ significantly from the position you begin with, and you will be the catalyst for that transformation.

• The objective is to create a comprehensive playbook along with automation processes that are so effective that scaling this function across our entire sales organization becomes irresistible.

• You will report directly to the CEO, without any intermediary layers.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–5 years of professional experience. This includes recent graduates or those in their first job after college, with a background in growth, marketing, sales enablement, business development, or a versatile role in a startup environment. We will provide industry training.

• Charismatic. You must be someone the sales team genuinely wants to collaborate with. This goes beyond mere likability; you possess an innate talent for attracting people effortlessly.

• Strong writing skills are essential. This is non-negotiable, as a significant portion of your work will involve writing: emails, posts, scripts, marketing copy, and comments. The standards are high.

• Driven and competitive, not in a literal sense, but you exhibit qualities associated with high achievers. You have a strong work ethic, complete tasks you undertake, and eagerly invest long hours during the building phase, recognizing that this is a pivotal moment in your career where experience compounds. You view tedious tasks as a necessary part of the process — this is where the playbook is constructed.

• Proficient with AI tools. You use platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, or similar on a daily basis. You don’t draft emails from scratch — instead, you instruct an LLM and edit the output. You create your own automation systems for enjoyment.

• A builder, not just an executor. Completing tasks is only half of the responsibility; the other half involves recognizing patterns, documenting them, and devising ways to eliminate repetitive tasks. If your thought process aligns with 'I just completed this 40 times manually, here’s how I can automate it for next time,' then you are the right fit.

• Adaptable in writing style. Much of this role involves composing messages as if you are the salesperson. You need to be a chameleon, not a solo performer. Proficiency in social media, particularly LinkedIn, is a significant advantage.
