This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Implement outbound campaigns utilizing phone, email, and LinkedIn, collaborating closely with our growth and GTM team to reach the appropriate contacts at targeted companies.
β’ Create and evaluate cold calling scripts based on a clearly defined ideal customer profile; quickly refine based on effectiveness.
β’ Construct, oversee, and respond to multi-touch email and LinkedIn sequences.
β’ React promptly to inbound inquiries - speed is crucial at this phase.
β’ Assist in planning and executing industry events, including roundtables, customer dinners, and trade shows.
β’ Maintain the operational framework with precision - ensuring Attio accuracy, Lemlist continuity, and continuous workflow enhancement.
β’ Minimum one year of experience in a B2B growth, SDR, or demand generation role - you are experienced with phone outreach and comfortable in that space.
β’ High energy and naturally extroverted - equally at ease on a conference floor and making cold calls in the morning.
β’ A genuine interest in manufacturing, robotics, and the operational challenges faced by our customers.
β’ Flexible and willing to embrace responsibilities outside your comfort zone - this is an evolving role within an early-stage company.
β’ Technically astute, able to quickly grasp new concepts and contribute to process enhancements.
β’ Committed to quality - every interaction with a prospective customer should be thoughtful and well-executed.
β’ Multilingual capabilities are a plus - proficiency in German is particularly beneficial given our target markets.
β’ Experience in robotics, manufacturing, or industrial technology is preferred.
β’ Genuine exposure: Collaborate directly with founders, customers, and the entire commercial team - you won't be confined to a siloed SDR role.
