• Conduct audits and optimize workflows related to client onboarding, service delivery, and internal operations; create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance scalability; implement automation solutions utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make); refine hiring, onboarding, and team management processes.
• Strategize and implement marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach efforts; oversee and refresh the company website (including content, SEO, and performance); manage inbound leads and perform sales calls through to closing; identify upselling opportunities to enhance client services; investigate new services, partnerships, and market prospects.
• Assist in business planning, expansion, and profitability initiatives; deliver data-driven insights regarding pricing, operations, and resource allocation; collaborate as a strategic partner with the Owner on significant decisions.
• Proven experience in supporting or scaling a small business.
• Strong expertise in operations and marketing.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to address real business challenges.
• Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services.
• Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Monday.com, Google Workspace, or DocuSign.
• Background in SOP development, process design, or operational consulting.
