Growth and Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Interest list pipeline: Oversee and nurture our expanding roster of interested buyers using our CRM, ensuring that every contact is appropriately tagged, segmented, and consistently engaged.

• Design and send campaigns: Create thoughtful, visually appealing email campaigns that communicate construction updates, milestones, founder-led viewings, and community stories.

• Keep the community warm: Establish regular, value-oriented touchpoints that maintain leads' engagement and emotional connection to Sanctuary’s narrative until they’re ready to make a purchase.

• Coordinate with teams: Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to guarantee that all messaging aligns with Sanctuary’s tone, visuals, and timelines.

• Track and improve: Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, then test and refine content and timing to continuously enhance engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written communication skills with a keen sense of tone, storytelling, and buyer psychology.

• Experience with HubSpot or comparable email marketing/CRM platforms.

• High level of taste and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to write in a contemporary, conversational, premium tone.

• Experience in crafting email and social media copy.
