This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• As a Growth Analytics Engineer at Como, your mission will be to ensure the data that drives decisions is reliable: implementing correctly from the start, auditing existing data, and preparing measurement for experimentation.
• You will work on e-commerce and product, collaborating with teams that need to interpret results without questioning the numbers.
• Here, you won't just be working with third-party tools: we have our own experimentation platform and an agent environment with MCPs that we use daily for auditing and analysis.
• Event tagging in GTM for GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Advanced configurations in GA4 for clients.
• Designing explorations in GA4 and the accompanying dashboards.
• Generating result reports in Data Studio and Power BI.
• Conducting instrumentation audits for each new client.
• Designing and leading measurement plans and event taxonomies across platforms (web, app, server).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in instrumenting e-commerce on Shopify or an equivalent platform: dataLayer, funnel and purchase events, coexistence of the GTM container with custom pixels, and understanding of checkout limitations.
• At least 2 years of experience in agile environments.
• Experience in creating dashboards for clients.
• Effective management of complex tasks and projects using Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills in GA4.
• Advanced capability in instrumentation with Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to create advanced dashboards in Data Studio and Power BI.
• Proactive documentation skills: ensuring that measurement plans, technical decisions, and QA checklists are written so that someone else can continue your work without needing to ask you.
• Experience with experimentation tools (VWO, Optimizely, or AB Tasty) from the data perspective: tagging variants, sample control, and result interpretation.
• Knowledge of Consent Mode v2 and CMPs and their actual impact on data: modeling, attribution gaps, and unassigned traffic.
• Daily use of AI in analytics: agents and MCPs for auditing instrumentation, accelerating analysis, and automating QA.
• We are looking for practical knowledge, not theoretical understanding; you should already be applying this in your work.
• Intermediate SQL skills on BigQuery: aggregations and JOINs, handling GA4 exports (nested structures, event_params, UNNEST), while controlling query costs.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level.
• Fully remote work with extensive flexibility in hours (subject to client schedules and team meetings).
• Salary range in euros/gross annually (depending on expertise).
• Flexible compensation options with Factorial.
• Public holidays in your region and local holidays.
• 25 days of vacation (22 working days plus your birthday, December 24, and December 31).
• Reduced working hours during the summer months (July and August).
• Unlimited access to our training platform, PH School, valued at over 3000€/year.
• €500 budget to set up your home office, plus a company laptop (a Macbook Pro).
• Weekly paired classes to improve your English.
• Participation in Product Hackers events and team-building activities.
• Incentives for bringing in new Dev or GM colleagues.
• Bonus based on a percentage of revenue if you refer a client.
• Development and training plan to continue your growth as a professional at Product Hackers.
