📋 Description

• Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of strategic Zillow Premier Agent (ZPA) partners, overseeing your accounts with a strong sense of ownership and clear strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Comprehend and impact each partner’s business model, structure, and growth strategy; utilize hypothesis-driven analysis to articulate challenges and opportunities in straightforward, actionable terms.

• Provide regular performance evaluations backed by data to assist partners in enhancing program performance and achieving their business goals.

• Advocate for Zillow’s integrated tools and services as part of a cohesive, seamless transaction experience.

• Support partners during onboarding, enablement, and scaling within the Preferred program, converting strategies into detailed action plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.

• Facilitate change discussions with partner leaders, emphasizing the rationale, clarifying what is evolving (and what remains unchanged), and maintaining engagement through adoption until behaviors and outcomes become sustainable.

• Examine lead conversion, closure rates, and partner behaviors using Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.

• Convert insights into a targeted set of recommendations with anticipated impacts, assisting partners in prioritizing the levers that yield the most significant performance improvements.

• Uphold disciplined pipeline and forecast management; utilize the review of leading indicators to foresee risks and modify strategies before performance declines.

• Implement consultative selling and Challenger methodologies to motivate partners to reconsider growth strategies and team management practices.

• Engage with multiple stakeholders across partner organizations, fostering relationships with decision-makers and influencers while building trust through industry knowledge, credible examples, and consistent follow-up.

• Clearly communicate the value and ROI of Zillow solutions in business terms, aiding partners in making informed trade-offs and long-term decisions.

• Remain updated on local real estate trends, regulations, and competitor activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in account management, real estate consulting, sales enablement, or B2B client success.

• Experience in real estate, proptech, or performance-driven partner programs.

• Proficient in interpreting funnel and financial metrics; links activity and conversion trends to partner P&L and Zillow revenue, employing data to prioritize focal areas.

• Breaks down complex partner or funnel issues into clear components; presents a concise set of data-driven options and adapts swiftly based on outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to influence partner leaders and challenge conventional thinking through insights, empathy, and credible recommendations.

• Experienced in guiding partners through new tools, workflows, or operational models; reinforces adoption through clear expectations, coaching, and follow-up.

• Proficient in coordinating efforts across internal teams, clarifying roles and transitions, and resolving friction with transparency and data.

• Maintains accurate systems (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.), executes reliable rhythms, and uses monitoring to stay proactive regarding risks and capacity limitations.
