This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Implement outbound and direct audience acquisition initiatives through various channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and others.
• Activate corporate and partner campaigns by aligning outreach efforts with sales and partner teams.
• Oversee the transition of campaigns, managing timelines and readiness in collaboration with sales teams.
• Assist in partner-led and co-marketing initiatives by developing clear activation strategies.
• Handle the logistics of campaign execution, including managing lists, sequencing, messaging consistency, and follow-up actions.
• Operationalize offers, promotions, and incentives associated with campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the Growth Marketing team regarding effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
• 1–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, SDR/BDR, or roles focused on campaign execution.
• Practical experience with outbound channels such as email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms from both user and execution perspectives.
• Experience collaborating with or supporting sales and/or partner teams.
• Excellent project coordination and execution abilities.
• Preference for candidates with B2B technology or services experience.
