This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts, ensuring regular communication, delivering outstanding customer service, and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Upselling: Recognize and seize opportunities to upsell additional products and services to current customers, enhancing customer value and increasing revenue.
• Renewals: Take charge of the entire renewal process for your accounts, proactively engaging customers prior to contract milestones to evaluate satisfaction, showcase ongoing value, and secure timely renewals. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and mitigate churn risks, ensuring a high renewal rate while positioning accounts for growth.
• Customer Communication: Regularly engage with customers to comprehend their changing needs and challenges, pinpointing growth opportunities and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, distribute quarterly newsletters with company updates, including new feature launches, to keep customers informed and engaged.
• Seamless Transition from Sales: Collaborate closely with the Growth Account Executive to facilitate a smooth transition of sales opportunities. Ensure a seamless handoff of account details and customer expectations to maintain continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and pursue upsell opportunities both mid-contract and during the renewal process. Align on customer objectives to ensure a smooth, strategic trajectory—one that strengthens the relationship and expands ARR through solutions that promote long-term success for both the customer and AcuityMD.
• Database Management: Keep HubSpot and PlanHat up to date, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Competitor & Product Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations to provide valuable insights and identify upselling opportunities within your current customer base.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales, preferably within the SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell and grow existing customer accounts.
• Proven capability to generate pipeline and conduct effective discovery.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and remote work environment.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong numeracy skills for accurate and efficient calculation of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
